Predsjednik kompanije Google , bivši izvršni direktor Eric Schmidt, riješio je da proda 3,2 miliona akcija klase A ove kompanije, što čini 42% njegovih akcija, odnosno 2,51 milijardu dolara.
Akcije će se prodavati tokom
godine dana kako bi se smanjio uticaj ovog poteza na tržište
akcija. Schmidt inače trenutno ima 7,6 miliona akcija klase A i klase B,
koje predstavljaju 2,3% Googleovih vanrednih akcija i 8,2% glasačkog
prava.
U martu prošle godine našao se na 138. mestu
Forbesove liste milijardera, sa 6,9 milijardi dolara. Nije poznato u šta
će uložiti novac koji će dobiti prodajom Google akcija.
